the interview questions are usually based on the information you have written on your I485 application(especially part 3 of i485). example: what is your full name/birth date? have you ever violated you visa status? have you ever overstayed your visa status? have you ever charged with or convicted of any crime? who is your current employer? are you still working for the sponsoring employer? Other than affirming your preference petition, the principal significance of and I-140 approval is that it establishes your priority date. Until the I-140 is approved, you have a presumptive priority date. When the petition is approved, the date becomes certain. Normally PR through employment is approved without interview. If you are called for interview, you will be asked about validity of your education, work experience that is required on your LC.
