How do i get the case off of my palm centro???? Do I have to take it off to get out the sd card?

Don't you have the manual that came with your palm centro when you purchased it? Please open the manual and you will see where each working part is listed. The SD card is supposed to be put in an opening no need to take off the back of the phone. Look on top of the Palm Centro and you will find an opening to put in your SD card. It is like digital camera -- the way SD card is put in. I hope I didn't confuse you but if I did, please refer to your manual for easy reference.
