The court has scheduled a case management conference. This is a case involving old credit card debt.?

What happens if I dont show up? or better yet, what happens if neither party shows up? Does the court automatically set a trial date? The court has scheduled a case management conference. This is a case involving old credit card debt.?
SHOW UP! Courts have a nasty habit of finding for the party that makes the effort and does...The court has scheduled a case management conference. This is a case involving old credit card debt.?
I would show up.

And see if they can work something out, like payments.

If you don't show up to trial they will do a default judgement on you.

This is exactly what they want.

They can garnish your wages up to the full 25% or take what they like.

Go to court, ask them to only take 10% due to your current financial situation.

If the people suing you do not show up, they will re-schedule.

See link below for more info.
If the other party shows up and you do not, the other side wins by default and YOU LOSE.
