Hi Everyone, I have a question concerning a dear friend. He lost his job in UAE last year due to recession.?

He came back to India and tried to pay some of his credit card and personal loan installments. But after some time he did not get job in UAE and he could not pay the debts. Due to which, police cases were filed against him by the banks in UAE for the bounced cheques of credit cards and personal loans. Now he can not go back to UAE unless he pays the dues. He could not get job in India too.

As he is not having single buck with him now, he wants to go to other countries like Europe, USA or Australia except GCC countries.

Will there be any problem for him to get a work permit and work in those countries?

or will he be arrested in those countries after entering there due to extradition treaties with UAE?.

With which countries UAE is having extradition treaty?

I would like to get right information regarding this matter.

Thanks

RajHi Everyone, I have a question concerning a dear friend. He lost his job in UAE last year due to recession.?
Your friend will not be able to work in Europe, USA or Australia, because he is not able to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate which is required.

Your friend could face legal consequences/punishment in any country beside Israel.
