Can he go & work in Europe, USA or Australia with credit card default cases against him and blacklisted in UAE?

Hi Everyone, one of my friends is having credit card and personal loan debt cases in UAE and he is blacklisted there. He lost his job in UAE and he came back to India. He could not get a right job in india too. He tried to pay some installments of the loans for several months even from India too. But after some time he could not pay and he gave up. Some police cases were filed against him for the credit card and personal loan debts.





As he is not having a single buck now, he wants to try to go to Europe or USA or Australia and work there to get some money.





Will there be any problem for him to get a work permit to work in USA or Europe or Australia?





Will he be arrested after entering in those countries due to extradition treaty they have with UAE?.





With which countries, UAE is having extradition treaty?





I would like to get right information regarding this matter.

@Connoisseur: you are right, having bad credit somewhere isn't a problem. But - because a bank defaulter in the UAE is considered a criminal, the asker isn't able to obtain the necessary police clearance certificate.Can he go %26amp; work in Europe, USA or Australia with credit card default cases against him and blacklisted in UAE?
having a bad credit or bad debts have no realtion for him to be in australia or any western world
