or do i need a full tower pc case?Does a BFG GTS 250 OC video card or a EVGA GTS 250 video card fit in a mid tower pc case?
It depends on the case. Generally, those two cards will fit in a mid-tower case. But it depends on the arrangement of wires and other things in the case.
I hope this helps!

Can attending AA meetings w/out a court card benefit my DUI case ?
After getting my first DUI I realize that I was lucky as not to injur anyone. I started attended AA meetings right away. My only hope of regaining a normal life is to quit drinking, as to ensure this will NEVER happen again. I do want to quit drinking. Will the DMV or the Judge even take this into consideration w/out an issued court card. Thank ou.Can attending AA meetings w/out a court card benefit my DUI case ?
Sure, the judge will be proud of you. Tell the judge also that you have attention deficit disorder and Asperger's. He will likely dismiss your case. Can attending AA meetings w/out a court card benefit my DUI case ?
He will take it into consideration but that doesnt mean much. It all depends on the judge and what kind of mood he is in. More then likely he already knows what he is goin to give you before you even begin your plea. My first dui got me 1 year unsupervised probation, a few hundred dollars in fines and 4 months with no license, and 6 weeks of classes, not including the 1500 in lawer fees. Now the second one is where its really starts to hurt i got 30 days of jail time, lost my licecense for over a year 500 in fines and 6 months of classes, and a breathalizer in my vehicle. So you are smart for quiting.
your judge will.....the dmv will not.....any steps you take to better yourself for something you did wrong will help in the court....whether you have a private attorney or public defender be sure to make them aware of this so that there may be more leniency from the judge.....keep in mind though that each state has mandatory minimum punishment/fine for things such as dui
First, congratulations on making the decision to take action.
If you bring this up to the judge, you will possibly get a lighter sentence. Show them that you are truly trying to learn from your mistake and improve your life.

Why in case on Green Card holder brings their husband takes too much time?
The system is too slow, and takes years for any one trying to go through the US immigration system.
Good luckWhy in case on Green Card holder brings their husband takes too much time?
Because green card holders are not US citizens and do not get priority to bring over their spouses.

I am a US citizen, my husband got denied a green card, can I appeal the case? If so, how?
He was denied beacuse about 10 yrs ago he tried to cross the border with a US birth certificate. He was only eighteen and he didn't present the certificate it was the lady who tried to cross him over. He was so ignorant then that he really didn't give much importance of what had happened. Therefore, he didn't remember about this incident. Can we appeal the case? Is there any chance of him getting a green card?
We do have two kids born in the USA.I am a US citizen, my husband got denied a green card, can I appeal the case? If so, how?
Actually, if he was denied under section 6C2 for pretending to be an American citizen, that's a permanent denial with no possibility of a waiver under US law. If he was 18, he's held responsible for his actions. If he was denied under some other ineligibility, maybe you'd have a chance. So, what section of law was he denied under? I think you should take this to an immigration lawyer and have him look at all the paperwork to see if you even can appeal. If you can appeal, you'll need an attorney anyway.I am a US citizen, my husband got denied a green card, can I appeal the case? If so, how?
You can try by filing a waiver of inadmissibility. Visa fraud is usually a lifetime ban from US soil. All you can do is try.
sure hire a lawer, one in oklahoma city. cost around $1,500 to appeal
he will get in, just keep trying ...
goodluck. thisi s just ins b s

What way should a card (in this case an Xmas card) face in an envelope when you send it?
Front of card facing back of envelope - card binding at the bottom, so when opened, the card is facing the person. What way should a card (in this case an Xmas card) face in an envelope when you send it?
It should face so that the design on the front is what you see when you open the envelope. However, there is discussion as to which goes in the envelope first, the fold or the ends. If you do the folds, it may get cut if the recipient uses an envelope opener, or if the ends are up, the recipient may get a papercut. If the fold is on the top, then ends go in first. What way should a card (in this case an Xmas card) face in an envelope when you send it?
when they open it, the front of the card should be the first thing they see. so front of the card goes toward the back of the envelope, right side up.
Hi, this is Jay Selznick,
I think you should have the front of the card facing the back of the envelope.
Thanks,

Christmas tree facing down
Since I send pictures in with the card I put in so the opening of the card is at the top of the envelope so the pic doesn't fall out.
It should be the front of the card facing the flap on the envelope. They might use a letter-opener to open it, but you should assume they will open the flap. So, you want the picture on the front of the card to be the first thing they see. I read that in an etiquette book a long time ago.
